Following are the different Delivery Models offered by WITS Solutions
Onsite Delivery Model : VAYU will provide highly-qualified, personable consultants to work in concert with client team members, at the client's physical location. Onsite consultants can be directed and/or monitored by client managers.
Offsite Delivery Model : VAYU will provide highly-qualified consultants and the location and infrastructure to support their activities. Consultants can work remotely in concert with client team members, or largely independently on particular project or phase. The work location is in the geographic vicinity of the client's facilities.
Hybrid Delivery Model : Each of the options, Onsite, Offsite and Offshore, offers different merits and fit different scenarios. In many cases, IT project plans can be optimized by utilizing VAYU resources in a combination of delivery models.
