Corporate Social Responsibility

The corporate social responsibility team of WITS, which we call WiSR. is as seriously committed to social responsibility as it is to the making our clients more successful. We extend our core values to our community service.

With our core focus on education for under-privileged kids, WITS budgets and takes responsibility of identified educational institutions and kids who require a helping hand.

Wits Charter

Our charter is to contribute to the social needs to bring in million smiles in the following areas:

CSR-Screen

WiSR operates in the following teams to provide undivided focus to bring million smiles:

  • First Steps: Identify and financially support schools for children with special needs.
  • Glow Kids: Identify and fund education for students who require an extended support to pursue their dreams.
  • Bless Us: Visit seniors’ home, home for special children, and orphanages to give a lending ear and to offer medical support.
  • CodeR: Organize and contribute to blood donation camps.
  • Fun4All: Organize quarterly educational and entertainment events for the organisations that we support.
  • Jobs: Provide finishing skills to the school graduates and extend support in identifying job opportunities.

At the end of every quarter, we do a WiSR review along with our business review to ensure our aggressive goals toward social responsibility are met.
